Starting at $36.21/hour + shift differential
Pay: $36.21/hour starting

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots machines or equipment to identify malfunction and need for adjustment or repair
• Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment
• Supports production teams in meeting daily targets
• Works with minimal supervision to perform tasks requiring mechanical aptitude

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with high-speed presses and safety protocols
• Experience with high-pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated material handling
• Hands-on experience in an industrial setting
• Practical experience with micrometers, calipers, and indicators
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and a rotating schedule

Qualifications

• Manufacturing and technology classes preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years practical hands-on experience in an industrial setting
• Current journeyman machine repair card or equivalent of 3-5 years direct machine maintenance experience

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good mathematical skills
• Good physical stamina for standing, walking, reaching, and lifting
