About the role
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in foundry and PLC systems at Goodyear, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in foundry and PLC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing foundry and PLC systems
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Experience with PLC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with diagnostic and repair procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
