About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery at Ready-Mix Concrete Plants. Duties include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring plant operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in plant machinery
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with industrial machinery and electrical systems
Good time management and organizational skills

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
