About the role
Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs
- Document work in CMMS
- Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment
- Aid with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics
- Follow LOTO procedures
- Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance
- Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years)
- Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing)
- Work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE
Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics
- Able to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid MN driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
