Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Repair or replace mechanical components, including motors, conveyors, pumps, valves, and production equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation
- Aid with production changeovers, equipment setups, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Dismantle, rebuild, and modify equipment as needed to support plant operations
- Follow all safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent experience through technical school, apprenticeship, or military training
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of:
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Bearings, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Temperature and pressure controls/gauges
Qualifications
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay
- $25–$36/hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts
- Includes every other weekend off
- Available shifts:
- 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)
- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
