Industrial Machinist

About the role

We're seeking a skilled Machinist to join our high-performing team and help build the tools and parts that keep the world moving. Shifts available are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines: lathes, grinders, mills, and more
• Fabricate high-precision metallic and non-metallic components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Inspect, rebuild, and repair parts using precision measuring tools
• Detect and adjust for machining issues in real-time
• Work independently and train others in best practices
• Maintain accurate records using SAP and preventive maintenance tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Machinist or equivalent trade school background
• Strong hands-on skills in machining, metal fabrication, and CNC operation
• Working knowledge of G-Code, metrology tools, and machining theory
• Ability to read blueprints, follow technical specs, and work with tight tolerances
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and GMP standards
• Bonus points for SAP and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
