Industrial Machinist
About the role
We're seeking a skilled Machinist to join our high-performing team and help build the tools and parts that keep the world moving. Shifts available are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines: lathes, grinders, mills, and more
- Fabricate high-precision metallic and non-metallic components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Inspect, rebuild, and repair parts using precision measuring tools
- Detect and adjust for machining issues in real-time
- Work independently and train others in best practices
- Maintain accurate records using SAP and preventive maintenance tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Machinist or equivalent trade school background
- Strong hands-on skills in machining, metal fabrication, and CNC operation
- Working knowledge of G-Code, metrology tools, and machining theory
- Ability to read blueprints, follow technical specs, and work with tight tolerances
- Familiarity with industrial safety practices and GMP standards
- Bonus points for SAP and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
