. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not drop any detail like "Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time while in plant, reaching, handling, twisting, and bending spine at waist if operating equipment." That's a qualification/physical requirement; include in Qualifications list. Also "Professional certification (e.g., CIH) and/or a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related field preferred." include. Also "4+ years of experience as Industrial or Occupational Hygiene in an industrial environment; 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred." Also "Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, including exposure monitoring, hazard characterization, risk assessment, occupational exposure limits (OELs), and exposure control strategies." Also "Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, present technical findings to management, and deliver employee training." Also "Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related scientific field." Also "All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our annual incentive bonus program. Bonus targets vary by career level and are based on individual and company performance." That's part of benefits. Also "Our Commitment: Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health & wellness benefits. Access to mental health resources and wellness programs. Generous PTO and holiday pay policies." etc. Also "Financial Wellness: Veranova is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. This includes a competitive base salary, eligibility for performance-based bonuses, and an attractive 401(k) Plan with company match." Also "Professional Development: Opportunities for continuous learning through LinkedIn Learning, workshops, conferences, and mentorship. Tuition Assistance for Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs." Also "Inclusive Culture: At Veranova, an inclusive culture is integral to our values. We welcome people with diverse experiences and perspectives who share our mission to improve and save lives. Even if you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply. Veterans, first responders, and those transitioning from military to civilian life bring valuable skills that strengthen our team." Also "Additional Information: Applicants for this role must be authorized to work in the United States without further employer sponsorship. Agency and Search Firm Representatives: Veranova does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies and/or search firms for this job posting. For applicants who may require a reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may submit your request by sending an email to talentacquisition@veranova.com in order to confirm your request for an accommodation. Please include the job number, title, and location of role. This option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability. Information received will be processed by a U.S. Veranova employee and then routed to a local recruiter who will provide assistance to ensure appropriate consideration in the application or hiring process. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, privacy notice, etc. The "Additional Information" includes some useful info: work authorization, accommodation request. That's substantive; we should keep it but not as a heading maybe as a paragraph under "Additional Information" if we want a section. However the instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The Additional Information has real content: work authorization, accommodation request. Could make a section "Additional Information". But we need to see if we already have sections covering similar. Could incorporate into "About the role" or "Qualifications"? Probably better to have a separate section "Additional Information". However we must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The Additional Information includes accommodation request and work authorization; that's fine. We'll keep that. We must also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. Now craft HTML. Structure:
About the Role
Role Overview: The Industrial Hygienist is responsible for leading the site’s occupational health and industrial hygiene program to protect employees from chemical, physical, and ergonomic hazards within manufacturing and laboratory environments. The role partners with operations, engineering, quality, and EHS teams to identify workplace exposures, assess risks, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and company standards. The Industrial Hygienist also oversees exposure monitoring, analyzes exposure data, provides technical recommendations to management, and promotes continuous improvement in worker health protection programs. This is an on‑site role at our Devens, MA site with expected hours 8AM‑5PM M‑F.
But schedule we might separate later. Could keep schedule in About the Role paragraph, but we also have a Schedule section. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into About the Role. But we also have a Pay section separate. Might keep schedule in About the Role to avoid thin schedule section. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state schedule (expected hours 8AM-5PM M-F). So we could create a Schedule section. But they also say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we make Schedule section with just one sentence, that's thin. Might be better to incorporate schedule into About the Role or Responsibilities. I'd incorporate schedule into About the Role to keep fewer sections. Similarly, Pay: we have salary range details; could be a Pay section with some paragraphs. That's substantive enough. Benefits: we have multiple bullet points; could be a Benefits section with ul. Qualifications: section. Responsibilities: section. Additional Information: maybe a section. Let's decide sections: About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Additional Information. Now ensure we don't repeat job title. Now write content. About the Role paragraph: include role overview and location and schedule. Responsibilities: list each duty as - . Qualifications: list each requirement as
- . Benefits: list each benefit category as
- with sub-details maybe as
inside? But we need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each benefit item can be a
- containing multiple sentences.
Pay: we have salary range paragraph plus bonus info. Could be
for salary range and
for bonus. Additional Information: paragraph about work authorization and accommodation request. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: no EEO, no privacy notice, no "Veranova is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Additional Information" paragraph includes "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." That's EEO reference; we should remove that sentence as it's boilerplate. Also "Veranova is an Equal Opportunity Employer." is definitely boilerplate; remove. Also "All applications are carefully considered, and your details will be stored on our secure Application Management System." That's boilerplate; remove. Also "Veranova respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. For more information about how your personal data is used please view our privacy notice." Remove. Thus Additional Information paragraph should contain: "Applicants for this role must be authorized to work in the United States without further employer sponsorship. Veranova employee and then routed to a local recruiter who will provide assistance to ensure appropriate consideration in the application or hiring process." We might also keep "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." but that's EEO; better remove. Now check for any duplicated lines: Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. Now produce HTML. Let's draft.
