Responsibilities
- Conduct Indoor Air Quality and Post-Remediation Verification Assessments associated with:
- Water Intrusion/Mold
- Moisture Mapping
- Air Sampling for Mold and IAQ Parameters
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Prepare Scope of Work and Draft Technical Reports.
- Conduct Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Surveys and Abatement and Remediation Oversight/Air Sampling.
- Conduct Industrial Hygiene Sampling and Monitoring, including:
- Industrial Hygiene Assessments of Chemical and Noise Exposures
- Air Monitoring
- Sound Level Surveys
- Observe and Recommend Engineering and Administrative Controls to Limit Employee Exposures.
- Compare employee exposures to noise and air contamination against regulatory limits from client, OSHA, or ACGIH.
- Ensure safe work practices on all project work.

Requirements
- BA/BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science/Engineering, or other related field.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- 5-8 years of technical experience preferred.
- Experience working with industrial hygiene, asbestos, and lead sampling.
- Asbestos, lead, and/or lead inspector certifications preferred.
- Additional EHS certifications/licensures or interest in pursuing additional qualifications highly desired.
- Knowledge and understanding of asbestos OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
- Ability to work in a respirator and protective clothing.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, and document information and data.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Good safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving history, and reliable transportation are required.
- HAZWOPER 40 Hour Trained with Current 8-hour Refresher preferred.
- 70-80% fieldwork/travel required.
