Smith-Boughan Mechanical, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Industrial HVAC Service Technician to join their growing service team in Lima, OH.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of industrial or commercial HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, controls, and components
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
