Industrial Facilities HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve real mechanical problems
- Perform maintenance that prevents failures, not just reacts to them
- Work with experienced technicians to sharpen your craft
- Document your work activities using cutting-edge software and technology
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and repair
- Must possess a universal EPA certification
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
- Basic computer skills
