What You Will Be Doing:

  • You will be a part of Lockheed Martin’s Sustainment Industrial Engineering team and will influence how modifications, upgrades and overhauls are done on all of our products.

  • You will provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
  • Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results.
  • Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis)
  • Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements)
  • Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, preferred degree in Industrial Engineering or science related discipline
  • Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau
  • Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
