What You Will Be Doing:
- You will be a part of Lockheed Martin’s Sustainment Industrial Engineering team and will influence how modifications, upgrades and overhauls are done on all of our products.

- You will provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
- Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making.
- Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results.
- Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.

Desired Skills
- Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis)
- Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements)
- Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, preferred degree in Industrial Engineering or science related discipline
- Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau
- Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers
