The ideal candidate will be adept at leading cross-functional projects, implementing process improvements, and managing complex stakeholder relationships, as demonstrated by the successful execution of key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead and support critical projects, including cross-functional initiatives such as training leads for business transfers (e.g., Project Longitude) and managing pilot programs for new inventory builds.
Global Customer Experience: Act as the Global Customer Experience Representative for Repair, ensuring repair enhancements align with customer needs and satisfaction metrics (e.g., driving YoY improvements in Annual Relationship Surveys).
Operational Integration: Oversee integration efforts for repair services and ensure smooth material flow and process consistency across multiple sites.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with external partners and internal teams to manage material requests, inventory status, and initiative blockers.
Core Engineering: Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, workflow design, and process analysis.
Inventory & Analytics: Strong background in inventory analysis and management.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to support advanced diagnostic operations, including repair material research and AI/ML-driven diagnosis support.
