Industrial Engineer, Master Data and Costing

Join a team where your work really matters. Conductix-Wampfler is looking for a curious and detail-driven Industrial Engineer who enjoys digging into data and improving the way things are made. In this role, you’ll keep our manufacturing master data accurate and reliable so our operations, engineering, and supply chain teams can work smoothly and confidently. This role can be based in either our Omaha, NE or Harlan, IA facility.
Responsibilities
- Create and update BOMs, routings, and costing data in SAP
- Support sales with cost and lead time requests
- Process Engineering Change Orders
- Review drawings and support production flow improvements
Requirements
- Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree (or similar experience)
- Three to five years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
- SAP, Excel, and workflow tool experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems including BOMs, routings, and costing
- Experience using Jira or similar workflow tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office products
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Curiosity to learn what’s needed and effectively solve problems for the organization

This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing master data to ensure accurate product costing, efficient production flow, and reliable planning within our ERP system (SAP).
