Responsibilities As part of the Operations Team, you will support the development of process standards, analyze improvement opportunities, and use lean methodology to improve safety, quality, and productivity. S/he will be responsible for collaborating with various departments in order to: Hire Lawyers Perform Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Studies to optimize safety, quality, and process flow (5S, Root Cause Analysis, Cellular Flow)Study and Analyze Operations Processes to determine inefficienciesConduct Critical Observations and provide feedback on process opportunitiesDrive the development of accurate cycle time standardsDevelop and improve Operations Work InstructionsOther duties as assigned Core Competencies Required Demonstrated ability to work well with others and adapt to an ever-changing environmentProven communication and presentation skillsWorking knowledge of statistical analysis, lean manufacturing, Excel at a minimum, Minitab preferred Know Worker Rights Education And/or Relative Experience A minimum of 1 year of college in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (2 Years preferred).
