Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer supply chain data and operational requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Design warehouse layouts, storage strategies, labor plans, process flows, and automation concepts.
- Develop pricing models, cost analyses, and business cases to support new business opportunities.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Lead solution design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams through implementation.
- Present recommendations and solution strategies to internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics engineering, solution design, supply chain engineering, or a related analytical role.
- Experience supporting warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling systems, and WMS platforms.
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SQL, Power BI, AnyLogic, or supply chain modeling software is an asset.
