About the role
The Industrial Engineer - Assembly at Stellantis Industrial Engineering is responsible for direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, scrolls, and workstation assignments. They also assist with change control and line balancing, utilizing lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste and performing time/motion studies.

- Assist IE Manager and IE Supervisor with Technical Services
- Maintain Efficient Levels of Lean Manufacturing and Manning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Field
- Ability to Interface with All Levels of Organization
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Ability to Work Any Shift, Overtime, and Some Travel May Be Required Occasionally

- MODAPTS Trained
