Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities
- Support factory operations through capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
- Engage in recovery planning and perform detailed analytics and time studies.
- Utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams to enhance process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.
- 2 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.
- 1 or more years of experience in defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with experience in work measurement and problem-solving.
