Industrial Engineer
About the role
Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality, as well as cost efficiency.
Analyze operations and manufacturing processes and drive for continuous improvement.
Evaluate and implement equipment/tools/fixtures/automations to aid in the manufacturing process.
Design and improve production layout.
Estimate and improve standard manufacturing processing time for production planning and cost estimation.
Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
- Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitations.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment; communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- An ability to think logically and critically that helps to weigh various available options and take the best decision in favor of efficient production.
- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customers and our company succeed.
- Server and/or Rack products experience preferred.
- NPI and sustaining production environment experience preferred.
