About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of taco ingredients.
• Train and mentor new employees in the art of making the perfect taco.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of food service operations and supply chain management.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday through Friday workweek.
