Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and pleadings

- Manage client communications effectively
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in family law, corporate law, or intellectual property law preferred
- Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
