We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Shift, Salary, Summary, Essential Functions, Qualifications, maybe Functional Success Drivers? The rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to include Benefits, Shift, Salary sections because they have specific content. Also Summary, Essential Functions, Qualifications, Functional Success Drivers maybe as a section? The functional success drivers list is a list of competencies; could be under a heading like "Functional Success Drivers" but not in the given list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we can use those headings, but not limited to them? It says e.g., implying those are examples. We can use other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. For functional success drivers, maybe we can incorporate into Qualifications or Skills. Could put under Skills heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, visa sponsorship, reasonable accommodation, confidentiality, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: company overview? The first paragraph about Signode is company description; maybe we can include as a brief intro

before sections? Not required but could be included as part of description. The instructions: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph about the company as intro. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits list: health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, life insurance, wellness perks, and more. Could be a list. Shift: "1st Shift 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, on call may be required." That's a sentence; we can put in

. Salary: "The hourly wage for this position starts ranges from $38.90 - $50.20 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset." That's prose. Summary: paragraph. Essential Functions: list of duties; we should output as

      • each bullet. Qualifications: includes Education, Experience, Ability to use..., Scissor lift driving experience preferred but not necessary. Also maybe Functional Success Drivers list; we could incorporate as a list under Qualifications or separate Skills section. We need to avoid filler like "varies" but salary includes varies based on... That's actual content, not placeholder. It's okay. We need to avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience" not present. We need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "All other duties as assigned." appears only once. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Intro about Signode (maybe two sentences). Could be one paragraph.

        Benefits

        • health
        • dental
        • vision

        • wellness perks
        • and more

        Schedule

1st Shift 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, on call may be required.

        Pay

        • Ability to read, use and understand gauges, tools and instruments relating to equipment repair.
        • Scissor lift driving experience is preferred but not necessary.
We could also include Functional Success Drivers as a list under Skills heading. But we have not used Skills heading. Could add a Skills section.

        Skills

        • Independence
        • Organization / Planning
        • Safety & Security
        • Self-Awareness
        • Communication (oral and written)
        • Energy
        • Experience
But "Experience" as a skill seems odd; but it's from the list. We'll include. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, visa, reasonable accommodation, confidentiality, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The original had "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." removed. "The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future." removed. "Reasonable Accommodation Statement ..." removed. "Signode participates in E-Verify..." removed. "Signode Industrial Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer..." removed. Good. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company overview paragraph at start: we included as intro paragraph. Might want to keep it as

before sections. Also the "Benefits begin the month following the hire date." That's substantive; we missed that. Need to include in Benefits section maybe as a list item or separate sentence. We can add a

      • Benefits begin the month following the hire date.
      • or incorporate into

after list. Since we need to use

        • for any list of benefits, we can add that as a list item. Also "Shift: 1st Shift 8:00am-4:30pm M-F, on call may be required." Already captured. Salary: we captured. Also "Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset." captured. Also "Under general supervision, this position maintains, troubleshoots and services electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and controls and supports all production and physical plant equipment in the facility. Complies with applicable regulations and the company’s safety program." captured in Summary. Essential Functions list captured. Qualifications: we captured Education, Experience, Adherence to standards, Ability to use tools, Ability to read gauges, Scissor lift driving experience preferred but not necessary. We missed "Minium of five (5) years" typo but we keep as "Minimum of five (5) years". Good. We missed "Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks." captured. We missed "Ability to read, use and understand gauges, tools and instruments relating to equipment repair." captured. We missed "Scissor lift driving experience is preferred but not necessary." captured. We missed "Functional Success Drivers: These competencies are what we require for an individual to be successful in this role." We captured as Skills. We missed "IndependenceOrganization / PlanningSafety & SecuritySelf-AwarenessCommunication (oral and written)EnergyExperience" (no spaces). We split. Now ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "varies" - it's okay. Now produce final HTML fragment. We need to output only HTML, no extra text. Let's craft:
