Industrial Electrician
Responsibilities
- Perform all electrical related duties including new installations and panel wiring.
- Must be able to work from elevated levels, operate equipment, and hand and power tools.
- Read and understand pertinent electrical meters and other diagnostic tools.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the electrical components for all equipment with as minimal of downtime as possible.
- Work with 480VAC 3PH circuits and equipment.
- Work with ABB Robots.
- Perform electrical preventive maintenance on all equipment as required.
- Ensure all safeguards of equipment are installed as needed to conform to governmental regulations.
- Maintain safe and environmentally sound behavior and ensure that proper work procedures and practices are followed.
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations driven by our SAFE culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience with industrial electrical applications and or education and experience combined is required.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a trade school or training program is a plus.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment strongly preferred.
- Realiability of attendance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience working with 3 phase motors and controls (480VAC).
Pay
$39.48 an hour with a 12-hour 2-2-3 2-2-3 rotating work schedule. This is a night position 6p-6a.
