About The Role

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for defined maintenance activities in the production site, maintaining machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concepts. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems using the Daily Direction Setting approach and Root Cause Analysis, as well as supporting and coaching Operators and Colleagues in handling technical issues within Resource Support Teams or Asset Teams. The ideal candidate should reside in or near Neenah, WI.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical requests for support site-wide and in specific areas
• Gain "Center of Excellence" knowledge on specific technologies in our facility and share that knowledge with others
• Perform troubleshooting using Ethernet and logic controls interface tools
• Identify improvement opportunities for critical instrumentation
• Support and troubleshoot operating motors, drives, and other logic-controlled variable effort equipment
• Support and lead capital project teams when necessary
• Develop and mentor apprentices in specific trade areas

Requirements

• HSED or Diploma required
• Journeyman Industrial Electrician or E/I Technician with State Indentured apprenticeship and work experience in a manufacturing setting
• Curious mindset and desire to learn new skills
• Willing to work rotation shift

Pay

Starting hourly rate of $38.77–$42.77, with eligibility for benefits on day one.
