Ellwood Texas Forge Navasota is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their maintenance technician team. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment, troubleshooting complex electrical and logic problems, and conducting quality assurance measures and inspections. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1-3 years of heavy industrial electrical experience, moderate understanding of mechanical and hydraulic processes, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to read technical documents and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Work as a team member or independently to complete projects.
• Aptitude to troubleshoot complex electrical and logic problems.
• Observe and abide by safety procedures, policies, and electrical codes.
• Accurately interpret technical documents for proper execution of assignments.
• Write code as needed using PLC automation software and coding languages.
• Diagnose problems as needed with a moderate understanding of mechanical and hydraulic processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1-3 years heavy industrial electrical experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
• Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Able to work rotating shifts to meet the demands of production.
