Job Location: Lake Odessa, MI Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $29.00/hr - $43.00/hr Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 Relocation Bonus: $5,000 Benefits Information $2 shift differential (6:00am – 2:00pm)$4 shift differential (2:00pm – 6:00am)Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness IncentivesPaid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill Matching ContributionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Short-Term Disability and Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts and aerial lifts as neededInteract regularly with external vendors, peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a collaboration focused environmentDocument completed work and conditions found utilizing maintenance computer softwareInterpret and understand electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints and operation manualsInstall and troubleshoot wiring system layouts and circuit routingInstall, maintain, test, evaluate and repair various electrical components and systems including either low voltage automation systems or medium voltage motor control circuitsComplete preventative, predictive and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility while operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools and preventative maintenance technology toolsAvailability to work outside of normal shift up to including weekend and off shift hours as neededOther duties as assigned Required Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishElectrical/Maintenance Journeyman License in the state of MichiganPLC programming and troubleshooting experience Preferred Qualifications Able to effectively use typical industrial maintenance test and calibration equipmentExperience with reading blueprints and other technical diagrams Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
