Pay and Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Design) – Required 3-5 Years of Experience (Industrial Design) – Required Excellent communication skills in order to keep a collaborative dialogue with key stakeholders across the world/time zones Ability to integrate diverse perspectives Requires minimal supervision, works independently Team player and structured problem solver Focus on results as well as attention to detail Ability to defend your designs through compelling story telling rooted in data and optimal business goals Analytical skills and sense for future trends Consumer centric mindset Comprehensive design knowledge Proficient visual design skills Extensive knowledge in Adobe suite, CAD-Software, Miro, and similar working tools with openness to learn new tools Field of household and kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of foreign languages a plus.
