Industrial Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative packaging concepts aligned with project briefs, production lead times, and sustainability goals.
• Create technical drawings using SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze technical specifications and engineering drawings to determine product dimensions, materials, and physical characteristics.
• Troubleshoot and improve new and existing packaging solutions to enhance functionality, quality, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of design engineer experience.
• Excellent proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) and Adobe Suite.
• Experience prototyping and creating samples.
• Think analytically and creatively.
• Ability to work individually and with a global team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with packaging materials, including paper/cardboard, wood, plastic, and metal (a plus).
• Experience within Cosmetics, Spirits, and Beauty industry (a plus).
• Ability to work with creative and industrial teams.
• Must be ambitious, motivated, and professional.
