Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Commercial and industrial construction experience (retail preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans

As our Industrial Construction Cost Analyst - Commercial Retail Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from start to finish - reviewing drawings, analyzing scopes, and developing detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, including big-box retail work. You'll coordinate with field teams to validate change orders, maintain organized estimate files, support scheduling efforts, and communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Throughout each bid cycle, you'll negotiate pricing, manage follow-ups, and help drive our win/loss performance, ensuring every project begins with clarity and confidence.
