About the role
This is hands-on field work cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems and industrial equipment. Most work is performed overnight and involves rooftop access, ladders, and physically demanding tasks. We are hiring at three levels based on experience and capability.
Responsibilities
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans, vents)
- Operate pressure washers and industrial cleaning equipment
- Access rooftops, ladders, and elevated areas safely
- Remove grease buildup using approved tools and methods
- Travel locally to customer sites in company vehicles
- Work overnight shifts and extended hours as required
- Follow all safety and compliance standards (including NFPA 96)
- Will drive company vehicles
- Complete job documentation and inspection reports
- Ensure regulatory and safety compliance onsite
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Comfortable with overnight and weekend shifts
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong reliability and attendance

Pay
Compensation Level I – Entry-Level Technician: $26.00/hr (6pm to 4am) Overtime available and expected. Weekly pay.
Schedule
Night and overnight work is common. Physical, hands-on labor in industrial environments. Exposure to grease, cleaning chemicals, heat, and outdoor weather. Team-based field work.
