Job Details The Industrial Cleaner plays a vital role in keeping our facility safe, clean, and operating efficiently. This position supports production by performing specialized cleaning, recycling, and materials-handling duties across the facility. Industrial Cleaners work with a variety of equipment and processes—from floor scrubbers to mixing support—and are essential to creating a safe, sustainable, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums to maintain clean and safe production floorsHandle collection, transport, and disposal of waste and recyclable materials following plant protocolsOperate baler and compactor equipment for recycling cardboard, plastics, and other materialsAssist with mixing support by cleaning mixing areas and safely handling raw materials as neededPerform environmental tasks, including spill response, chemical handling support, and maintaining compliance with environmental standardsConduct equipment checks, basic maintenance, and report issues promptlyMaintain housekeeping standards throughout production and warehouse areasSupport additional plant operations and safety initiatives as directedCompleting other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredMust be 18 years or older with reliable transportationAbility to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to safety and ability to wear required PPEGood communication skills and a team-first mindsetPrevious experience with industrial cleaning equipment or powered vehicles (forklift, baler, scrubber) preferred, but training provided Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods of timeFrequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbsWork in hot/cold environments and around industrial equipmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Details Full-Time 1st Shift and 2nd Shift1st Shift Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7pm or Wednesday-Saturday 7am-5pm2nd Shift Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-7am or Wednesday- Saturday 7pm-5am$20/hourFull-Time employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, 401(k)Must pass pre-employment requirements as neededNow offering Daily Pay!
