Industrial Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
• Operate skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
• Sanitize and clean assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Assist in formulating sanitation standards/work procedures and provide feedback on discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team lead, supervisor, and customers to accomplish assigned tasks and develop customer relations.
• Maintain adherence to company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
• Accurately and timely complete administrative duties.
• Maintain positive customer and employee relations.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work from elevated areas using fall protection equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other vehicles safely.
• Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.
• Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
• Ability to operate applicable hand/tools/power tools.
• Ability to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.

Skills

Pay

$21.25 - $25.00 per hour
