Indoor Recreation Attendant - Yellowstone Club Winter 26/27

About the Role

Yellowstone Club’s Outdoor Pursuits Kids (OPK) department is seeking Indoor Recreation Attendants for the winter season (November – April). This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of 20 Below, a recreation facility in the Warren Miller Lodge featuring a movie theater, game room, full rock climbing wall, bouldering wall, sport court, arts & craft room, and diner.

Indoor Recreation Attendants should be high-energy and enthusiastic, initiating gym games with kids, assisting in belaying on the rock wall, managing gaming equipment, and encouraging arts & craft activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children, staff, parents, and Members in a professional and caring manner.
• Plan and implement arts and craft activities.
• Belay on the rock wall.
• Maintain equipment.
• Plan and facilitate events.
• Assist Supervisor with administrative duties.
• Engage with Members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Field activity questions and movie reservations via email and in person.
• Work closely with the Outdoor Pursuits Manager and Co-Supervisors to ensure effective communication, planning, and organization for all activity needs.
• Maintain knowledge of services and activities, including rates and benefits.
• Perform opening and closing duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 1+ years’ experience in recreation with youth.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or event planning.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in recreation and/or event planning preferred.
