Indoor Coach: SkyTech Simulator

About the role

Boston Ski + Tennis is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Ski and/or Snowboard Simulator Coaches to deliver engaging and effective training experiences using our SkyTech Sport Simulator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured simulator training programs focusing on balance, edging, pressure control, movement patterns, and overall snow sports performance.
• Guide guests of all ages and ability levels to improve their skiing and snowboarding skills in a safe, fun, and technology-driven environment.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent customer service and instruction.
• Work with first-time riders, recreational enthusiasts, and experienced athletes to enhance their snow sports performance.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with ski and/or snowboard equipment is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and helping others improve their skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a coaching or instructive role is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic physics principles related to snow sports can be helpful.

Skills

• Proficient in using SkyTech Sport Simulator software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
