Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs.
- Adapt your schedule to client needs and caseload size, working afternoons or evenings.
- Engage in activities such as outdoor adventures, creative activities, community engagement, daily living support, fitness & wellness, and technology help.
- Support clients' individual goals and preferences while providing guidance, encouragement, and safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 Years or Older
- Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, and Auto Insurance
- Ability to Pass Background Checks
- Maintain primary personal auto liability insurance meeting required CSL limits
- Experience with Disabilities (a plus, but not required)
