Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients with diverse interests and needs.
• Adapt your schedule to fit client needs and caseload size, typically in the afternoons or evenings.
• Engage in a variety of activities including outdoor adventures, creative activities, community engagement, daily living support, fitness & wellness, and technology help.
• Support clients' individual goals and preferences while ensuring their safety.
• Work variable and flexible hours, ideal for balancing with school, family, or another job.
• Potential to expand to full-time by taking on more clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 Years or Older
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle, and Auto Insurance
• Ability to Pass Background Checks
• Maintain primary personal auto liability insurance meeting required CSL limits
• Experience with Disabilities (a plus, but not required)

Pay

Pay Rate: $19 - $23 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule

Weekly Hours: Part time - hours vary (morning, afternoon, evening)
