Individual Support Specialist

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.

  Position

  Individual Support Specialist
  Location: Coraopolis, PA

  Pay

  Base $16.25/hour.
  Earn up to $19.75 / hour with selection of Enhanced Pay option and qualifying house differential.

  Shifts

  • Day
  • Evenings
  • Overtimes
  • Weekends

  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Social skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
  • Community support, transportation.
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
  • Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
