About the role
We are seeking talented professionals to join our Navigate program at a large, premier non-profit behavioral health organization. The Navigate program offers early and effective treatment to individuals aged 15-40 who have experienced first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy services for clients utilizing the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT).
- Help clients identify their strengths, achieve personal goals, and learn resiliency skills.
- Offer services in various settings such as the office, home, or neutral community locations.
- Under clinical supervision, provide direct individual therapy services.
- Utilize Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) materials from the Navigate manuals.
- Perform services including individual therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, assessment & diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Meet department direct service productivity standards.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure.
- Proficient in identifying and treating mental disorders.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments.
- Working knowledge of crisis intervention.
- Competency in conducting specialized risk assessment of suicidal and other high-risk individuals.
- Efficiency in emergency situations, maintaining calmness and documenting events.
- Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record.
- This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position due to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
