Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to combat antisemitism and other forms of hate.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and advocacy efforts.
- Engage with community leaders, policymakers, and influencers to advance our mission.
- Manage social media campaigns to amplify our message and engage with the public.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, political science, sociology).
- At least 3 years of experience in advocacy, communications, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of antisemitism and its intersection with broader societal issues.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including proficiency in creating compelling content for various platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Passion for civil rights and social justice.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
