About the role

Responsible for managing loan applications and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review loan applications and assess creditworthiness
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on applicants
  • Prepare and submit loan documents to lending institutions
  • Communicate with clients regarding loan status and progress
  • Ensure all loans are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal and state lending laws and regulations
  • Experience with loan underwriting software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
