About the role
Responsible for managing loan applications and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and assess creditworthiness
- Conduct thorough due diligence on applicants
- Prepare and submit loan documents to lending institutions
- Communicate with clients regarding loan status and progress
- Ensure all loans are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state lending laws and regulations
- Experience with loan underwriting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
