Indianapolis, IN Registered Behavior Technician Position

Succeed ABA is a leading therapy provider for children with Autism. Our team approach includes constant trainings and support, ensuring each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. We provide primarily in-home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21 and pride ourselves on high communication, support, and guidance to help therapists feel confident in their roles.

About the role

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Requirements

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Pay

$18-$28 per hour.

Part-time and full-time positions available.
