Requirements
- Good assessment and report writing skills
- Competent IT skills
- To be prepared to work face-to-face and occasionally virtually with prospective adopters
- Full driving licence and prepared to travel
- 2-years post-qualifying Social Work experience
- Registration with SW England
Responsibilities
- Initial visits to prospective adopters
- Completing full adoption assessments
- Writing AARs (Adoption Assessment Reports)
- Reporting to Panel
- Occasional additional work to support our families, such as attending reviews or matching panels
