Independent Sales Representative – Roofing (1099, Commission Only)

Roofweiler is a licensed South Florida roofing and windows contractor (CCC1337426) based in Doral. We're looking for independent sales reps in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.WHAT YOU DO• Knock doors in your area and set your own appointments with homeowners.• Sit down at the kitchen table, walk them through the roof or windows, and close the sale on Roofweiler's contract.• That's it. Roofweiler handles everything after the signature: aerial measurements, the estimate, permits, inspections and installation. You never go on a roof. PAY (commission only)• 35% of the gross profit on every job you close. Every $1,000 of gross profit you close pays you $350.• No base pay, no draw, no hourly pay. No cap.• Paid once the job is paid in full, under a written independent-contractor (1099) agreement. THE HARD PARTS (read these first)• Most doors say no. You'll hear "not interested" many times a day.• There's no paycheck until a job closes, so your first weeks can pay nothing.• South Florida heat is real. You're outside most of the day.• You cover your own car, phone and gas. Knocking doors needs a county home-solicitation permit for each county you work; we walk you through getting it. WHAT YOU GET• A licensed, insured contractor behind every contract you sign.• Training: roofing basics, how the estimate works, and objection-handling practice.• You set your own hours and choose where you work within your permits. WHO DOES WELL• People who've knocked doors before: solar, pest control, alarm, roofing, cable.• People who can hear "no" all day and still knock the next door.• Spanish is a big plus; many of our homeowners prefer it.
