About the role

We are looking for an independent Doctor of Optometry to join our team. You will operate your private independent practice next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. You will have complete professional autonomy to practice exactly as you decide, with no company imposed restrictions, interference or quotas. Your scope of practice is predicated only on your professional direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality optometric care and services to your patients
• Operate your private independent practice
• Keep the associated patient revenues for professional services you deliver
• Provide on-site prescription eyeglass fulfillment where possible
• Offer the biggest selection of designer frames in town

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry degree
• Current license to practice optometry in your state
• Experience in providing comprehensive eye care services
• Ability to manage a busy practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

Your full scope independent practice is waiting. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
