About the role

We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to serve as a Medical Team Administrator/Coordinator at a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and clinical oversight during shifts
• Coordinating medical services to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with policies
• Serving as the on-site clinical resource and leader
• Collaborating with facility staff to support health services operations
