Job Title: Independent Medical Evaluators (IME) - Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).Location: Cincinnati Ohio area We are seeking a board-certified Physician to join our team as an Independent Medical Evaluator conducting Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) examinations. This role offers an ideal opportunity for clinicians seeking to transition or expand their practice into Independent Medical Evaluations, while receiving the support needed for a balanced lifestyle. Job Description:As an IME Provider, you will conduct impartial comprehensive medical evaluations, assess permanent partial impairment, and author objective narrative reports to support claim adjudication and case management. While some specialized onboarding is provided, relevant clinical experience and a strong willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities:Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments in accordance with Ohio BWC guidelines and regulationsPerform Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings accurately and objectively using the 5th Edition AMA GuidelinesDocument findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelinesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service to our clientsMaintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirementsParticipate in ongoing training and professional development activitiesRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions Company Overview:MRG Exams is a full-service provider of independent medical examinations and disability evaluations.
