Responsibilities
- Manage your own client relationships from prospecting through ongoing service.
- Education clients on their available options and recommend solutions based on their individual needs.
- Help clients make informed decisions that protect their families, retirement, and financial future.
- Conduct client consultations to understand financial protection and retirement goals.
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Provide outstanding ongoing service that builds long-term client relationships.
- Cross-servicing clients by identifying additional protection opportunities as their needs evolve.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation promptly.
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members and leadership when needed.
Requirements
No insurance or sales experience is required—we're looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow. Entrepreneurial and excited to build their own business. Self-motivated with strong personal accountability. Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule. Driven by performance and long-term career growth. Organized, responsive, and dependable. Excellent communicators who enjoy building lasting client relationships. Coachable and committed to continuous learning. Solution-oriented and able to follow through on commitments.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Active Life, Health, and/or Medicare insurance license preferred. We also welcome motivated individuals who are willing to obtain the appropriate insurance licenses. Approximately 1–5 years of insurance or sales experience is preferred. Candidates who are still growing their careers and have not yet established an independent agency are encouraged to apply. Interest in developing expertise across Medicare, Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care, and ACA solutions.
