About the role

As an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals of all ages who are experiencing physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges. Your primary responsibility is to design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs through observation, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment fitting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document client progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
