Seeking an independent contractor handyman to provide part-time services in Bath, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Handle electrical work within the scope of a licensed electrician
- Assist with painting and drywall repair
- Manage small projects as directed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in home repairs and maintenance
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
