NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated distribution route within our established South Bend, IN operation. This is a consistent, high revenue opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Minivan. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Responsibilities

Your Mission Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Vehicle: Own a Large SUV or Minivan (2016 model year or newer) that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
  • Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
  • Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
  • Pre Employment Screening: Successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process, including a Driving History Review, Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.

Pay

Guaranteed $185 per day (Average weekly commission: $925).

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
