Independent Contractor - Commercial Cleaning Services
About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial cleaning contractors to support their growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional commercial cleaning services, including general janitorial services, restroom cleaning, floor care, high-touch surface disinfection, and periodic services.
- Follow defined scopes and specifications.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail.
- Deliver inspection-ready results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning.
- Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably.
- Professional cleaning equipment and supplies or ability to obtain.
- General liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (as applicable).
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and accountability.
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism.
- Potential preferred: Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities, ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control, capacity to take on recurring accounts.
